Bloomington Parking Management are car thieves plain and simple. They are white trash crooks who need to be taught a leason. If they tow your car I feel sorry for you. They are only open for like 3 hours of the day, The other 21 hours they are out looking for cars to steal. They are VERY rude to you when you call and once they get you all worked up, then they have some goofy looking guys meet you to get your car back. They are spineless to say the least. They charge more than what is allowed by Indiana law. They charge you a "DOLLY FEE" yet never use dollies on the cars they tow. If they can't get your car from the front they will roll it out so that they can get it. Another thing, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY TO GET YOUR CAR BACK. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. If they say you can't ask to do a no pay. (DON'T SIGN IT) Just get one. They can't hold your car for ransom and they never take people to civil court so don't worry about it. If they still refuse to let you no pay to get your car back, then call the POLICE. It's a civil matter and the police will let you get your car back! The only time you have to pay is if your car was inpounded by the police. Then it's a different story.

The owner of the company was just sued in court and has a $55, 000 judgement against him. And they have recently closed down the storage lot they were using off of S. SR 37, And I've been told have even dropped their insurance on the tow trucks they drive. Looks like they have maybe went out of business! There was talk awhile back that Chads towing (The big towing co. in Bloomington) Was going to buy BPM out. Chads have moved into BPM's old location so that may be whats going on. (LET'S HOPE SO) Chads is so much more easy to reason with, And they take extra precautions while towing your car if need be.
