Bloomington Parking Management are car thieves plain and simple. They are white trash crooks who need to be taught a leason. If they tow your car I feel sorry for you. They are only open for like 3 hours of the day, The other 21 hours they are out looking for cars to steal. They are VERY rude to you when you call and once they get you all worked up, then they have some goofy looking guys meet you to get your car back. They are spineless to say the least.
