My mother got billed for a service (some voice mail thing) she did not authorize. When she pressed for an answer she was told that I (her son) opened the service and billed it to her phone which I did not (I did not even think this was possible.). Anyway, after much suspicioun of friends and family and worrying about my identity being stolen I have come to find out this company "Billview" does this on a regular basis. When I called them they blamed a company called United Communications. Altogether, the charges were about 32.00 dollars (two charges of around 15 dollars each. She has verizon and they wiped off the charges and blocked any further possibilities of this happening again. Beware! Check your phone bills!
