My mother got billed for a service (some voice mail thing) she did not authorize. When she pressed for an answer she was told that I (her son) opened the service and billed it to her phone which I did not (I did not even think this was possible.). Anyway, after much suspicioun of friends and family and worrying about my identity being stolen I have come to find out this company "Billview" does this on a regular basis.
