I bought a bedroom set for my son on July 2008. I bought the extra insurance (guardsman). In the beginning of February the railing of the bedroom set broke. My son had to put the matress on the floor so that he could sleep. I contacted Bobs in West Springfield, MA then Guardsman. The comunication between Bobs and Guardsman was horrible. No one seem to get the correct information to Guardsman. I spoke on the phone daily with Guardsman and Bobs. My son has been sleeping on the floor since the beginning of my complaint. Almost at the end of March and my constant calling to Guardsman, I finally got a response. I called Bobs to confirm and now I still have to wait until the beginning of April because supposedly the bed is not in stock. I feel disappointed. I don't anticipate ever buying from Bob's again. I give this lack of communication very low rating. I don't think I would ever recommend Bob's to anyone. It is too bad because I have purchased furniture from Bobs before and had no problem. I do have to say that the sofas I bought from Bob's had stains and when I contacted Guardsman, they said it wouldn't cover the stains. I think Bob's should try going with another company instead of Guardsman.
