I bought a bedroom set for my son on July 2008. I bought the extra insurance (guardsman). In the beginning of February the railing of the bedroom set broke. My son had to put the matress on the floor so that he could sleep. I contacted Bobs in West Springfield, MA then Guardsman. The comunication between Bobs and Guardsman was horrible. No one seem to get the correct information to Guardsman. I spoke on the phone daily with Guardsman and Bobs. My son has been sleeping on the floor since the beginning of my complaint.
