Telemarketers do not specify when you place first order that there is a 10 day trial and after that time, you will be shipped out 2 products at $79.95 each. When I placed my order, I was assured that nothing else would be billed to my credit card. Then 11 days after I placed my order, I was charged $159.80. When I called to complain and get my money back, I was told I would have to send the products back and wait, 1 week for delivery to them and another week for processing my refund. It has now been 3 weeks and I have still not received my refund. This company uses fraudulent tactics and out right lies and/or does not disclose the full terms and conditions of the original samples ordered.
