Our main issue wasn't a lack of Devops tools, but the amount of time required to keep everything running properly. We had accumulated a lot of small problems with CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure that nobody really had time to address. While looking at Devops managed service providers, we came across Dedicatted and decided to work with them. They started by reviewing what we already had rather than suggesting a complete rebuild. Some improvements were noticeable quickly, while others took a few weeks to sort out. What changed most is the day-to-day workload. We no longer have developers regularly dropping product tasks to investigate pipeline failures or infrastructure issues. We still make the important technical decisions internally, but the routine Devops work is handled without requiring much attention from us.
