ive been on the phone for 3 days and no one picks up customer service it just keeps going in circles. i must recieve an answer asap or the company will be very sorry that they delt with me my e-mail [email protected]

After ordering a body shaper by phone, I received the items, in the size recommended by the sales person. They would not fit, being much too small, as well as being poorly made. I also was upset by the amount of the shipping/handling charges for such a small box. I returned the items to the company, with proper documentation. The company received the items but only credited me for half of the items I returned. I have sent them two emails now, asking them to correct the error, giving them all of the details of the return, but to date have not gotten the additional refund. I have tried calling them three times, but keep getting put into a "holding pattern", where one goes around and around the telephone menu system. Yesterday, I spent over 90 minutes before I was finally booted out of the system and got a fast busy tone. I even called back and tried to get a sales rep, as if I was going to place an order, but still could not get through to anyone. Needless to say, I will never deal with this firm again, and would advise anyone of thinking of buying things from them to not do it.
