After ordering a body shaper by phone, I received the items, in the size recommended by the sales person. They would not fit, being much too small, as well as being poorly made. I also was upset by the amount of the shipping/handling charges for such a small box. I returned the items to the company, with proper documentation. The company received the items but only credited me for half of the items I returned.
