I have been shopping in Body Shop for a very long time. It seems like every time I go in that store, the store manager is on the phone bashing her employees. I am a retail store manager as well. This is not very professional for her to talk about how horrible her employees are, and how she hates her job. Its like she wants her customers to hear her. She is also EXTREMELY rude too. I tried to bring a top back that had ink stains on it from the sensor. I had my receipt and the tags were still on the shirt. The manager tried to tell me that I had stolen it because there was no reason that it should have that in on it. She got loud with me and threw the top in the bag and said sorry I can't do anything about it. After that I have not been back in to shop. I want to be appreciated for my business, not accused of stealing.
