I have been shopping in Body Shop for a very long time. It seems like every time I go in that store, the store manager is on the phone bashing her employees. I am a retail store manager as well. This is not very professional for her to talk about how horrible her employees are, and how she hates her job. Its like she wants her customers to hear her. She is also EXTREMELY rude too.
