yes the bond buyers of illinois and chapman & cutler /ikon office salutions had maid me there recipent to there bond sale insurence bond and i was released from there about three years ago and they had never maid a pay off what so eve to there recipient not even a hiring back what so ever and they even tried to do it again with the same recipient and still nothing at all yet for me they should either be dissmed or there bond sale should if they dont want to pay me off the recipient or even hire me back as well
