I needed to purchase a queen size box spring from www.Samsclub.com. This item is listed as a pickup item only but is too large to fit in my car and even if I were to rent a larger vehicle, I wouldn't be able to pick it up because I have an injury to my right arm. When I called the online number, they wouldn't make any exceptions even for people who are disabled. I reminded them that they are missing the opportunity to make sales because of their poor decision but they still wouldn't go out of their way to make the sale. I was greatly upset with them and am thinking of ending my membership. I feel that this comes very close to discrimination because I can't make the same purchase as someone who is able to pick up their order. If you are injured or disabled, stay away from www.samsclub.com.
