I needed to purchase a queen size box spring from www.Samsclub.com. This item is listed as a pickup item only but is too large to fit in my car and even if I were to rent a larger vehicle, I wouldn't be able to pick it up because I have an injury to my right arm. When I called the online number, they wouldn't make any exceptions even for people who are disabled.
