As a small construction company, we have one bookeeper. Inadvertently, a change notice was overlooked in our last statement reflecting their intention to charge $1.50 per card for a paper statement (e-mail or fax is free) - we receive one statement for 5 cards. First, the charge should have been $7.50. We were charged $9.95. Our company has paid BP Oil over $27, 000.00 and have never been late in our 9 year company history. When we called to transfer statements to e-mail, we requested this $9.95 charge be reversed for this month, we were LAUGHED at! In addition, at least 5 phone calls to customer service have resulted in 3 refusals to be connected with a supervisor and 2 supervisor voicemails which have been unresponsive. We look forward to having BP carry our credit card account FOREVER but we have collected all cards from our employees and WILL NEVER USE BP AGAIN! This is our small rebellion.

I was double charged by bp oil. Yes they resversed the charges after a couple of days but by then the dammage was done. the second time they put the charge through it caused me to be over drawn which caused a second item to bounce, costing me $76 in bank fees and now they tell me it will be 4-6 weeks before I get that money back. That was money I could not afford to lose and I need it back now.
