As a small construction company, we have one bookeeper. Inadvertently, a change notice was overlooked in our last statement reflecting their intention to charge $1.50 per card for a paper statement (e-mail or fax is free) - we receive one statement for 5 cards. First, the charge should have been $7.50. We were charged $9.95. Our company has paid BP Oil over $27, 000.00 and have never been late in our 9 year company history.
