I first contacted Glen Brandt on May 20th about designing a logo for our company. He said he could do it for $240 and the usual turnaround time is 48-72 hours for samples to be sent - he offered unlimited revisions. I paid him that day (my mistake) by PayPal and I received some samples 8 days later on May 28th which I did not like and asked him to change them. On May 31st after my inquiry he said my project was currently being designed. And after that he would not answer my emails and or phone calls except for twice. Once on July 6th he said he was having computer issues and once when I was able to reach him by phone he said he had been out of power for a week - which I don't believe. Now when I try and call (he must have caller ID) because he does not answer his phone. Yesterday I called again and actually spoke to a lady, but once she put me on hold to speak with Glen she hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. I would like a complete refund on my $240 as he has not designed a logo for me and won't communicate with me at all and will not and has not been honest.
