I first contacted Glen Brandt on May 20th about designing a logo for our company. He said he could do it for $240 and the usual turnaround time is 48-72 hours for samples to be sent - he offered unlimited revisions. I paid him that day (my mistake) by PayPal and I received some samples 8 days later on May 28th which I did not like and asked him to change them. On May 31st after my inquiry he said my project was currently being designed. And after that he would not answer my emails and or phone calls except for twice.
