Requested Removal 5 times

I NEVER POSTED THIS, nor have I ever been a member of this website (IFormative.com). This posting is seriously jeopardizing the settlement negotiations as of November 25, 2011, almost 8 months since the issue originated. I only applied for an IFormative account on November 25,2011 in order to send my messages and pleas that this posting be removed. Its presence has resulted in annonymous telephone threats and there is no need to see the posting continue ... in spite of T&C's I never could have been aware of since I did not post this complaint. The orignal site to which it was posted HAS HONORED my request and removed it. Perhaps someone copied that to the IFormative website. I cannot be responsible for that. I hope to see it removed immediately.

Misuse of Authority

The HOA Board, in concert with Talis Mgt. Co, the On-Site Property Manager, have mis-interpreted HOA Covenants. This has led to "bully mandates" that threaten the imposition of severe daily fines for not complying to their directives. All attempts to exchange with logic and reason to resolve issues arising from wrongfully attempting to apply their interpretation of Covenants upon a homeowner have proven fruitless. This time a Court will have to decide who is right. On many such battles the HOA's have prevailed. The FACTS on hand in the form of documents written by The Board and Talis Mgt. Co. will hopefully show THIS TIME that the HOMEOWNER will prevail. The credibility of Board Members of the Brier Creek Country Club HOA is in significant jeopardy. THEY have moved the issue to the Court and out of their Board Room.
