The HOA Board, in concert with Talis Mgt. Co, the On-Site Property Manager, have mis-interpreted HOA Covenants. This has led to "bully mandates" that threaten the imposition of severe daily fines for not complying to their directives. All attempts to exchange with logic and reason to resolve issues arising from wrongfully attempting to apply their interpretation of Covenants upon a homeowner have proven fruitless.
