I purchased a B&G generator ib July 2008, I am 68 years old, living on a limited buget.

I had to borrow the money to purchase the generaator because I live in the north and power failures are common here.

My generator is now not working, I called electrician who installed and he tells me generator windings are gone and have to be replaced.

I asked if it would be under warranty and I was told no. That windings have oinly two years warranty.

In my owners manual it says three years on consumers nothing at all about two years on generator alone.

Can you please explain this as there is nothing about two and three yewars warranties at all
