I also have been charged 3 times by Bromalite, several times from Acai and Fit Factory. No response from messages on phone. I was told the day after i received 2nd package they could not refund me(email response). I was also told i could not respond to the email, please call we no what happens with that. I would like to see a class action filed against them.
