Horrible warrenty Deal with "Newcastle Construction".
I buy my home from this construction company.

Ther are very good still the deal finish. As a new home i got one year warrenty for my wood floor. Soon after 7 month i got lot of problems in the wood floor. So i file a warrenty claim for the problems. They send some unskilled labour and damage my floor very bad. So i complaint again about the problem, Now they said the problem is not from the construction company but from the supplyer. I called the supplyer .The supplyer said it is a constrection complaint. Now the one year is finished and i am going for legal action against Newcastle. Be carful buying Newcastle homes.
