hello friends, Horrible warrenty Deal with "Newcastle Construction". I buy my home from this construction company. This "Newcastle Construction" which is locate 3978 Parkwood Rd Bessemer, AL 35022-5630 (205) 426-2307. Ther are very good still the deal finish. As a new home i got one year warrenty for my wood floor. Soon after 7 month i got lot of problems in the wood floor. So i file a warrenty claim for the problems.
