Beware of James Landers of Saint Petersburg, Florida as he own a company called BuildingEMT. This man's company took some of my retirement money to install a new roof on my house. I signed up with Mr. James Landesrs company in August and never had my roof installed but he cashed my check! I even met with Mr. Landers at his office with his wife in December and was told my roof would be installed. Now James Landers filed bankruptcy and my retirement money is gone while my roof is leaking. I have so much water coming into my house and don't have the money to pay someone else to fix my roof. I would recommend that anyone considering doing business with this man would consider what he has done to me and other homeowners in South Carolina.
