Beware of James Landers of Saint Petersburg, Florida as he own a company called BuildingEMT. This man's company took some of my retirement money to install a new roof on my house. I signed up with Mr. James Landesrs company in August and never had my roof installed but he cashed my check! I even met with Mr. Landers at his office with his wife in December and was told my roof would be installed.
