Between the employee and management I do not know which was worse. It was appalling the way the matter was handled. The individual was hurt. And the response ohhh I cant even beging to describe it. I have called and left messages with the head office and no response. Cant find an email or nothing for the company but they will not return my calls.

My husband and I were shocked to read the sign posted by the register... Because of the bad climate and poor quality of tomatoes, we are not serving tomatoes on any of our sandwiches. We are sorry... Pure BS. We also have a restaurant and we buy tomatoes, even though they are more expensive. We would never try to pull one over on our clients. Does BK think all consumers are idiots?? If it is the high price of produce, that makes BK suffer, why not fire the King from the stupid commercials, like the one where he breaks into Micky D's for their recipe???

I was there with some of my family when a lady in her 60s fell and hit her nose on the indoor playground structure and was bleeding profusely. When I ran to get some help the cashier and the manager just stared not knowing what to do and when I mentioned that there was blood on the structure thy again stared and then the Manager said no one would be able to clean it up until later in the day. I was in shock as to they weren't concerned that kids could get who knows what from being in contact with the blood. So I told my mom what they told me and she requested a bucket and something to clean it up herself with. So she did and they just stared at her and was going to take the cloth that she just used back in with the trays and sch they just washed with. Needless to say we all were in such disbelief that they didn't seem concerned or the first thing about cleanliness and didn't seem the least bit concerned for the poor lady who was so embarrassed.

I think taht the ideaology behind showing the "King" breaking and entering into McDonalds Headquarters to steal the original Egg McMuffin was about as inappropriate as it gets. As I have read the other complaints about he sexual suggestions behind the Sponge Bob commercial, i think that the marketing department at BK HQ should seriously take a step back and ask themselves what the heck they think they are doing. now, i am always one for making fun of stuff, but suggesting that it is alright to break into someplace and them steal something is going to far, especially since my impressionable 12 yr old thought it was funny. I think it goes to show that BK is losing the battel to McDonalds. That commerial just validates the point that they cannot come out with something new and original!

BK corporate, you havd better get a grip on tha marketing department before they run you out of business. I know plenty of people that have not been happy with the services and lame ploys at commercials lately. You want to steal business away from McDonald, maybe someone should consider going to back to how things use to be, when you could get a whopper meal with everything for under $5. The best way to secure business in this failing global economy is to reach out to the consumers and get into their pockets. The best way to do that is to save them money while provide high quality customer service an food!
