I was there with some of my family when a lady in her 60s fell and hit her nose on the indoor playground structure and was bleeding profusely. When I ran to get some help the cashier and the manager just stared not knowing what to do and when I mentioned that there was blood on the structure thy again stared and then the Manager said no one would be able to clean it up until later in the day.
