One word...fraud. Paid over $3, 000.00 to them in the first year and DID NOT receive advertising we paid for.
Forget trying to work with customer service...they are useless. No one can give you a straight answer and I spent hours on the phone
with them...mainly on hold of course. You are bond by a contract and although they are not providing the service you are paying for...they will not
let you cancel...you simply get the run around ...and around and around. Save your money...they are crooks though and though.
I feel a class action lawsuit coming on!
