One word...fraud. Paid over $3, 000.00 to them in the first year and DID NOT receive advertising we paid for. Forget trying to work with customer service...they are useless. No one can give you a straight answer and I spent hours on the phone with them...mainly on hold of course. You are bond by a contract and although they are not providing the service you are paying for...they will not let you cancel...you simply get the run around ...and around and around.
