I've done quite a bit of online purchasing. This transaction was by far the best. I ordered two software titles on a Monday and received it by Friday using the most inexpensive shipping option. The titles were exactly as described. I ordered the wrong version of MS Office and I e-mailed their customer service the day I received the item. I received an RMA the same day AND they did not charge I restocking fee because I contacted them so quickly and had not opened the item. I later called to verify the return and the customer service representative was extremely helpful and friendly. I complemented them on their service and she seemed genuinely happy to hear about my good experience. Overall, I rate this company as excellent. The prices are great, shipping is outstanding, customer service wonderful. I will deffinately do business with them again.
