I've done quite a bit of online purchasing. This transaction was by far the best. I ordered two software titles on a Monday and received it by Friday using the most inexpensive shipping option. The titles were exactly as described. I ordered the wrong version of MS Office and I e-mailed their customer service the day I received the item. I received an RMA the same day AND they did not charge I restocking fee because I contacted them so quickly and had not opened the item.
