Buysoftware apparently has the orders processed by Techwave. This extra order processing can add 2 days or so to the normal ground shipping times.

However, I have ordered different items from www.buysoftware.com about 6-7 times now. Hard drives, Memory, In-Win cases, and monitors. I have never had a problem with any order. They have all arrived as expected. I've never needed to contact their sales or tech support people, so I cannot comment on them.

Buysoftware prices are usually better then average but what really seals the deal is the free shipping. Some items, such as large monitors or cases, are fairly heavy and can have OUTRAGEOUS shipping and handling charges with some online vendors. Not so with www.buysoftware.com. I've been really pleased with them.

Recently it seems they've been fully intergrated under the new site name "ShopNow".
