Buysoftware apparently has the orders processed by Techwave. This extra order processing can add 2 days or so to the normal ground shipping times. However, I have ordered different items from www.buysoftware.com about 6-7 times now. Hard drives, Memory, In-Win cases, and monitors. I have never had a problem with any order. They have all arrived as expected. I've never needed to contact their sales or tech support people, so I cannot comment on them.
