OMG!
I am so mad!. had cable installed in 3 rooms in my apartment. My eight year old son came in to the kitchen to tell me there were bugs in his room. I went into his room and there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE! It looked like his room had been infested for years! I smashed as many as I could and tried desperatley to find a 24 hour cable phone # to call. No one to talk to!!! at first I thought they were in his room because they dilled a hole in the wall and that maybe they came from the wall. Then I saw his cablebox (they never told me it was used) and they were coming from the box!
I couldn't disconnect the cable box myself! I had a neighboor do it and put it in a plastic bag in front of my apartment. I then had to take my son out in the middle of the night to get a fogger to fog his room!!! I am devastated! How dare they install a cockroach infested cable modem in an eight year olds room!!
