OMG! I am so mad!. had cable installed in 3 rooms in my apartment. My eight year old son came in to the kitchen to tell me there were bugs in his room. I went into his room and there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE! It looked like his room had been infested for years! I smashed as many as I could and tried desperatley to find a 24 hour cable phone # to call.
