Buyers beware!!!
I went into this website and purchased a camcorder battery model HHR-V60A/1B-C. They sent battery VJV040. I called them to inform them of their mistake. After several calls< they emailed a trobleshooting form. Their policy return states that that they will send packaging for the unopened merchandise, so I requested the packaging. I also emailed the original order form so that hey can see their error. They emailed back that the mistake was mine (despite that they can clearly see the the model# in the original form is different from what they sent), there was nothing they can do and they will not refund my money. I called that I didn't want a refund, just the correct battery. The man named Shannon(who claimed to be the supervisor) cursed and refussed to work with me. As nice and patient as I had been, I nor anyone diserves to be treated in this manner. This is a scam and now I have my bank dealing with this situation.
