Buyers beware!!! I went into this website and purchased a camcorder battery model HHR-V60A/1B-C. They sent battery VJV040. I called them to inform them of their mistake. After several calls< they emailed a trobleshooting form. Their policy return states that that they will send packaging for the unopened merchandise, so I requested the packaging.
