I went to this guy about 5 years ago and his service was great. I recently took my computer to his shop because I had been having problems...I didn't know if it was hardware or software due to the nature of the problems. When I called him when he said he would call (2 days later) and he said that he was "swamped with costumers"... A day later said he found the problem and fixed it... all he had to do was "put it back together". It has taken him a week to do that... This guy allows his work bench to overflow and he does NOT tell you this. He needs help but I guess he is not willing to hire any.

There are numerous horror stories and reports on Ron Snell (Owner and sole employee of Campus Computers) not delivering the services promised. Ron gets away with holding people's property for months on end by simply not giving the customer a work order slip of any kind. That way you can't prove that he ever had your property.

This "business" needs to be closed and Mr. Snell should be in jail.
