I went to this guy about 5 years ago and his service was great. I recently took my computer to his shop because I had been having problems...I didn't know if it was hardware or software due to the nature of the problems. When I called him when he said he would call (2 days later) and he said that he was "swamped with costumers"... A day later said he found the problem and fixed it... all he had to do was "put it back together". It has taken him a week to do that...
