I felt compelled to write this comment after reading same complaint posted twice under twoo different names.I feel that whoever this person is it is quite obvious she/he has some personal vendetta against this company. I happen to find out that the same complaint was posted on different web site under again different name. I would suggest to everyone who has concerns to call local BBB and verify for real what the scoop is. I'm glad i did because i purchased and had floor installed by canoak and never had better service. I love my floor and hope others won't pay too much attention to nonsence, especially the one that says that floor completelly fell apart with popping knots "really"? By the way i found out that canoak has NEW OWNERS since Nov.2010 and maybe this has do do with the awsome service and product.I say see it for yourself and don't let others cloud your judjement.
