Hi everyone I felt compelled to write this comment after reading same complaint posted twice under twoo different names.I feel that whoever this person is it is quite obvious she/he has some personal vendetta against this company. I happen to find out that the same complaint was posted on different web site under again different name. I would suggest to everyone who has concerns to call local BBB and verify for real what the scoop is.
