My complaint was - I got little hot water out of the hot water faucet and the cartridges needed to be replaced. I was told I needed a single handle tub faucet that should have been put in. I was charged $1, 352.44 for this. Then the plumber said the hot water wasn't working. He said he needed to poor acid down my water heater tube - but it would cost another $700.00 for this service. I had already given my credit card and was charged the $$1, 352.44. But I said no to the water heater cleaning for an addtional $700.00. The next day another plumber came out to my house from another company - he said it would cost $95.00 -$100.00 to put acid in the hot water heater. I had him do it and now I finally have hot water. He told my brother that he would not have been able to sleep if he had charged me what the other had charged me for the service he provided.
