My complaint was - I got little hot water out of the hot water faucet and the cartridges needed to be replaced. I was told I needed a single handle tub faucet that should have been put in. I was charged $1, 352.44 for this. Then the plumber said the hot water wasn't working. He said he needed to poor acid down my water heater tube - but it would cost another $700.00 for this service.
