Mr. Cary J. Zabell is a lawyer. He is also Co-President of Ridgefield Managemnet or ridgefieldmgmt.com or whatever name they choose to go by with his wife Debra Zabell. They evict tenants for clauses such as her driving by in winter and seeing windows open and using "their free" heat. This has been going on for quite some time, and what they do is, he then acts as a debt collector, emptying their bank accounts, citing they owe him with interest, marring their credit reports and leaving them penniless on the streets. It is in the court docket time and time again, as they take in the poor, and then after a few months serve them with eviction notice for unreasonable and often made up complaints. I have spoke to many ex-tenants who tried to fight back PRO-SE or get a judgement in small claims court and the pattern was all the same. Big law firm destroys the poor little guy with deceptive promises of decent housing, and then it turns ugly, so they can move on to the next sucker. I need to warn others before it's far too late.
