Mr. Cary J. Zabell is a lawyer. He is also Co-President of Ridgefield Managemnet or ridgefieldmgmt.com or whatever name they choose to go by with his wife Debra Zabell. They evict tenants for clauses such as her driving by in winter and seeing windows open and using "their free" heat.
