Fradulent business
I am an ex employee of Castle Luxury Auto Shipping located at 16300 NE 19 Avenue Suite 211 phone number 305-517-1386. My alias while at the company was Beth Stevens. My name as well as the name of other employees are customarily changed by Lienne Paez. My complaint is two fold. First, while an employee of Castle Luxury Auto Shipping I was strongly suggested, along with the other employees to falsify testimonials at Transport Review.com for a great transport job well done by Castle Luxury Auto Shipping which never existed. We where instructed by Lienne Paez and Susan Castillo, the 23 years owner of Castle, to include the State of Florida as either the destination or delivery place, to keep the cost below a certain figure, to use home computers and not public and not to duplicate more then one review per computer as not to be detected by the management of Transport Review.com. I can attest clearly and precisely the testimonials found on the first page of Transport Review.com are false and fabricated. Lienne Paez and Susan Castillo wanted to boost Castle Luxury Auto Shipping's image and shadow the real customer reviews from the first page as not to continue to lose business and sales. I never participated in the scheme and have reported the activity of Castle Luxury Auto Shipping to Transport review.com. This along other fradulent practices are commom place at Castle. Another example is how Lienne Paez is a master at changing her voice and insisiting and misleading clients to believe there are 52 employees when there where never more then five. Secondly, I worked for them for over one month with no pay. Everytime payday came there where sudden disappearces from both Lienne Paez and her business and life partner Susan Castillo. I refused to continue with the setup and all their other fradulent and misleading practices. Till this day I am currently owed over two weeks of pay from them. They never aswer my calls and have refused to pay thus far. This company is totally fradulent and misleads the public seeking to transport their vehicles with low ball prices, empty promises and made up excuses for their late or no shows. Castle Luxury Auto Shipping
Castle Luxury Auto Shipping Inc. is a professional company with professional people, if you'll do your research you will see that they are at the top of auto shipping. Trust me, you'll have no problems, I recommend them.
I have used Castle Luxury Auto Shipping several times and my cars arrived with no scratches or something missing and I will use them every time I need an auto shipping company because I know the guys will do their job.

NO SHOW - RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INAPPROPRIATE
I scheduled a pickup of my car, my mother took the day off and no one ever showed up to pick it up. I had called three times that day to confirm the vehicle would be transported and heard a different story every time. Finally one of the dispatchers told me that she had great news someone would come get the car for $100 more it was after 6pm. I had scheduled this pick two weeks before and for the quoted price. I was so angry I requested my money back. What company does this, communicates one price then asks for another? I would have never heard from them if I hadn’t called, my car would have never been picked up and they would have just taken my money. How does a company that takes on the huge liability of shipping cars not track where the drivers are to tell customers in advance? I should have known better, the price they quoted was so low that I should have known it was some kind of scam, they never sent a receipt or email confirmation and kept arguing with me that they did. Why argue- just send it! I sent several emails to the company demanding my money back and rather than contacting me to discuss the matter a person named Kathleen Russell contacted my mother's number and ranted about what a great organization they were and I was mistaken. She left three messages, every time she was cut off by the machine she would call back. I was APPAULED. I had left my cell phone, email and work phone number for a response and they call my mother's number? She was never the customer it was harassment as far as I'm concerned. The company finally returned my money after I wrote another email to the organization regarding the unprofessional and ridiculous messages left on my mother's answering machine. How a company operates like this is absolutely unbelievable. I've shipped 3 cars and never had an experience like this. I lost a sale of the vehicle due to this company and all they have done is be defensive, argumentative and unprofessional. I never received any receipt from them for any of our transactions including the refund, they kept lying and saying they had proof of email then said they had the wrong email address. Total scam and totally unprofessional, defensive individuals who have no idea how to run a business or provide customer service. To this day all they have done is argue with me, never did they apologize or explain why my car was never picked up. I'm appalled with them. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this company.

NO SHOW
I had arranged nearly 3 weeks in advance of a pick up from FL to CA. I explained to the sales rep that I had a narrow window to work within to get my vehicle picked up as I travel out of state for work. The salesman was knowledgable, courteous and professional, and said that wouldn't be a problem, they have a certain list of drivers they use that are dependable and reliable. So, I went ahead with the down payment.
When the day of the transport came, I called to confirm. At that point I was told they didn't have a driver and were working on it and would give me a refund if I liked. I asked if they had known they didn't have a driver, why didn't they tel me a few days in advance? It's now litterally at the last minute in trying to find a transporter. I was transfered to a supervisor, Barbara. She went on to try to arrange some deal which made no sense (the price didn't change, it was just paying the driver the full amount and getting the deposit back). When I stated things just kept getting worse, she said I was a "negative person, don't take it personally". I was offended! I advised I was stating the facts, it had gotten worse, it wasn't personal between her and I. She then proceeded to talk over me stating we are on a recorded line and wasn't going to loose her job because of me. I advised her the recorded line is fine, I am not yelling or swearing or making derogatory remarks. She then said call back when I can speak to her normally and hung up me. Yes, that's right, hung up on me! The picture of unprofessional.
So I called back, a dispatcher rep answered the phone who was polite and courteous and stated the supervisor was out of her office. Go figure. So I asked her to just refund my deposit and I'll find someone else.
Bottom line experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PAY A LITTLE MORE IF YOU HAVE TO, THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE LITTLE BIT OF SAVINGS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS WORSE AS POSSIBLE OUTSIDE OF A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY.
I was also informed a day later by the salesperson, I quote "The company is owned by Susan Castillo, and run by Lienne Paez. There is no Barbara, Beth, Sharon, etc. They are all Lienne who is good at changing her voice. They manage to ship about half of the orders that they book. and screw over the rest. They had me convinced that messed up orders were cheerfully refunded. They aren't. They promise refunds in the hopes of dragging things out past the 60 day limit for filing a charge back."
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
