I scheduled a pickup of my car, my mother took the day off and no one ever showed up to pick it up. I had called three times that day to confirm the vehicle would be transported and heard a different story every time. Finally one of the dispatchers told me that she had great news someone would come get the car for $100 more it was after 6pm. I had scheduled this pick two weeks before and for the quoted price.
