Returned an item on May 23, and I am still waiting for the refund on my card. I sent an email asking the status of my return. I received an automated reply that I would receive a response within one business day. Sent another email three days later . . . still no response. Called customer service after seven days. The hold message said something like, "Due to unprecedented demand for our product . . . . ", which I find difficult to believe in today's economy. I did reach a representative who said that my return was received but as of today, July 4, still no credit. Last year CasualLivingUSA was bought out by Boston Apparel Group, a private equity group that also owns Chadwick's and Metrostyle. I suspect that the company is having problems with the transition or with their financials. I don't need the hassle of chasing a company for a refund. I will take my business elsewhere.
